“This was without doubt the best quality salmon I have ever had. I bought the lobster sauce, which seemed to work really nicely with it also. Amazing food!”

“Salmon en croute with tarragon sauce is a show stopper at a dinner party. I have ordered this several times and every time the quality has been superb. Cooking instructions are accurate to the minute and the sauce just adds to the occasion. Well worth the price. Thank you.”
