“Instructions were followed to the letter and when we finally took it out at the time recommended it was still -3 in the middle. It just didn’t defrost fully enough despite defrosting in refrigerator overnight and taking out 2 hours before cooking (instructions recommend 1 hour). The end result wasn’t particularly tasty.”
