“The beef was perfect and the pastry and mushroom duxelle delicious. Red wine jus was also very good. The only slight disappointment was that I had to cook it longer than the instructions indicated, as the pastry was nowhere near cooked enough. Would also be handy to have fan oven instructions, too. But that aside, I'm already planning to purchase this again, it was so delicious. Please expand your ready to cook range, it's great!”

Hi There, Thank you for your feedback and we are glad to hear you enjoyed your beef wellington. We have tried to give accurate, simple cooking instructions based on average oven cooking times but there are lots of variants that can affect this, like the type/size of your oven and what else you have in the oven while you cook the Wellington/en Croute. It is best to use these times as a guide and check regularly during cooking. It is also important to make sure the product is fully defrosted before cooking.
