“I used this in a Crab Creole recipe for which I used to use tinned crab. Clearly no comparison, this crab elevated it another level.”

Hi Geoffrey, Thanks for taking the time to review this product. Frozen crab meat does not quite have the same sweet flavour or pearly white colour as fresh crab meat, but many customers find it to be a great (and cheaper) alternative. It's perfect to cook with for things like crab cakes and pasta dishes and as it's stored in the freezer, you never need run out! Best wishes, Team Wright Brothers
