“Gorgeous, sweet, plump scallops. Arrived defrosting so needed to be used quickly but, since I had planned to cook them that same evening, it wasn’t a problem.”

“Cheaper than fresh scallops and just as nice. Arrived in good condition and I used them as if they were fresh. Sweet and yummy after I grilled them with seasoning and unsalted butter under a very hot grill for 6 mins. Grilled scallops have the best smell! Be careful of the very hot sizzling butter and hot shells.”

Hi Guy, I'm very sorry to hear this frozen product arrived defrosted. I can see this would be very disappointing if these were purchased to go in the freezer. Clearly, something has gone wrong with our packing spec on this occasion and we will look into this. If you ever feel something isn't right with an order please get in touch with our customer service department who will be happy to rectify it. “Sautéed them quickly in olive oil, lemon, some chopped coriander and Pernod. Served them back in their shells with the juice from the pan, some English organic asparagus and some thinly sliced brown bread. Our guests felt thoroughly spoilt.”
