“I will never buy supermarket taramasalata again. This is totally moorish! Perfect with crudités or on fresh sourdough.”

“Very disappointed - very bland flavour, underseasoned, under-smoked and no discernable lemon or garlic (admittedly the latter a matter of taste), no texture and very, very oily - in fact by the time it arrived, a lot of oil had separated out and wouldn't fully rre-emulsify by stirring, had to choose between pouring it off, or putting the lot in a blender, affecting texture either way. Most supermarket own brands, while not as good as home-made, are WAY better than this at a fraction of the price.”

“Although authentic, I found it very 'fishy' in taste and rather too runny-- probably as a result of eating shop bought taramasalata over the years , which is not authentic!”

“This is the second tub of taramasalata that I've bought, and I have to say that we were very disappointed by this tub. Not as flavoursome and not a good texture. I would not purchase again.”

“This taramasalata had split on arrival and was so runny it had a soup like consistency. The taste was weird so we didn’t end up serving it to our guests.”
