Hi David, Thanks for reviewing the products in your order, this is very helpful for other people deciding what to buy. It must be noted for the Megrim sole, this is a very soft fleshed fish which isn't robust enough to have the scaled removed without tearing the flesh. We would of course otherwise remove the scales.
