“I ordered the hot smoked salmon side for New Years last year and it was great. This time not so good, think it had been over cured - was a little on the dry side and very salty.”

“Our party of 4 on Christmas Eve could not eat this very, very salty and hard "brick" of hot smoked salmon. It was like a slimy block of molded salmon. Really disgusting. I order hot smoked salmon from the Nordics most of the time and it is flakey, mild, fresh - but this entire side of salmon at a value of over 50pounds was totally inedible. Customer Services said "it is a matter of personal taste". Indeed....my personal taste will be never to use Wright Bros again. C. Wilson”
