“This was the highlight of my order. Makerel has to be fresh- and this was . Enjoyed it as I did as a child when my dad fished for them off the Pembrokeshire coast. Fried in butter. With black pepper, and good bread and welshbutter. The best. Will be ordering again very soon”

“Found these perfect for the BBQ - we cooked ours on the 'plancha' with some baking parchment and olive oil, then served in sliders with salad and horseradish - delicious!!!”

“Did not arrive on the chosen day but this was swiftly rectified by Wright Bros and when it did arrive, I was SO happy I bought the butterflied mackerel. Delicious on the bbq, fresh and tasty and so much easier to eat when butterflied.”
