The fact that it costs the buyer close to $10 to send back their packs for reuse is very disappointing, especially when we spend so much money on your product already. It makes me reluctant to participate in an excellent scheme. It would be wonderful to see you introduce reply paid envelopes to send back the packs in/ a returns program at post offices.”
