“Product delivered by Yodel was soaking wet. It was thrown over my side gate and not left in a suitable safe place. Both the packing and product was soaked by the rain. I had to dry it out carefully. Upon inspection the rucksack had a moulding defect on the lower body strap. Will have to replace the part and the stitching had a fault on it on the top of the bag near the zipper to the largest opening. It was the only product left and my life is too busy to chase up. Perhaps, I can be offered something by the Supplier in response to this feedback. I am willing to discuss. I tried contacting via website but the telephone number would not connect to the Company Supplier. Not very happy really.”
