“This is an excellent drone, for beginner and expert alike. It may seem plastic and light-weight out of the box, but my drone cheerfully survives crashes time and time again and after it got stuck in a tree for days, it fell out and carried on flying despite having been in the rain. The drone flies very well and if you can master flying this drone you will have mastered important skills and it flies well, especially if you remember to fly it in the 'sport setting' which gives you more pitch and response. It is idea for the beginner as it is so light-weight it is unlikely to do any damage if you fly into anything, or it falls out of the air, and it is quite quiet. I am using this drone to practice skills for professional certification as you need pure flying skills to fly it well and I get more flying experience with this than my GPS controlled photographic drone. While this drone can take the wind quite well, if you have the experience, it is best suited for calm air and a large clear open space, as it can readily get carried away on the wind! You have to keep flying it in range, because as soon as it goes out of radio range it carries out the last stick command for 3 seconds, instead of dropping, which means it can get lost! You will enjoy this product more if you can buy additional batteries, as the flight time is about 8 minutes (without the propeller protectors) and the charge time is 1.47, but the additional batteries are cheap. For the price you can hardly fault this drone - it is a quality product - and it is universally liked by the experts. This is great to learn flying with for both children and adults and if you are thinking of a making a serious £1k drone purchase absolutely buy and fly this first - you will be glad you did so.”
