“I order two plants both in the engraved pots - one in the grey pot and one in the black pot. The plants were cute and lovely but the engraving was an absolute disappointment. There was one text missing from the engraved message on the grey pot and the colour of the text on the black pot almost blends into the colour of the pot so it was not obvious that the pot was engraved. I have to say I feel very gutted and disappointed that my gift which I sent to my friend did not convey the message I would have hoped the personalisation to bring to him which was the reason why I paid extra for the personalised pots.”
