“Yhe actual ordering is reasonably easy BUT I had to call five times before getting a live person to give the order to and none of my messages were returned....”

“attempted to cancel the order. no where on the site are you able to cancel an order. our first order didn't fit right as well. seems to be a poorly run company with little communication.”
