“I love the product -- so I am giving it a 5. However, not so with your customer service. My initial pair broke so I ordered another pair. I received an email saying that you may still have my original measurements on file and if that is the case, I would receive an email within 15 minutes to let me know my new order number. I never received the email -- but tracking showed that it was "in production". I contacted you for clarification on July 5 -- but never heard back. Here it is 10 days later and I still haven't heard anything.”
