“Very poor quality. Legs keep falling off and is unstable. Upon bringing this up with the customer service, was made to feel like this was the fault of my assembling and that “we have never had this issue in assembling hundreds of these”.
Once video evidence was given, they decided on sending someone to have a look at it but never confirmed and have not replied to any emails or calls since.

“A stylish, clean-looking and relatively sturdy addition to the desk, that creats extra storage spaces and elevates certain aspects of my setup. One initial downside of this piece of equipment was that of its legs, which were not sliding in properly and very extremely shaky, before a drill was used to fasten them even more.”
