“Paid a premium for this product expecting a high quality end to end service. Unfortunately they use the cheapest possible shipping method which has no means of communication when something goes wrong as it did in our case. Goods arrived damaged and weeks late and took many phone calls to resolve, in part due to their own staff not following through enquires.
However once resolved, the product itself is very high quality. Hopefully they start using a more reputable courier service as the current provider really lets the brand down.”
“Got the Ascent wildwood light acacia, it pieces together quite easily but get some help for rolling it to prevent damage to the wood. Very sturdy, i have to really lean into it to get a bit of side to side wobble at max height, but that's too high of an option to be useful to me anyway. Height adjustment is smooth and reasonably quiet (think Robocop walking sound without the stomp). Cable management is pretty versatile. Controller looks great but it's hard to get even numbers on it sometimes (keep getting 69.8cm or 70.1cm can't get it to stop in between). The only criticism is the cable management hole cover in the desk is very thin and light so it dislodges very easily. Overall very happy with purchase!”
“I'm really loving the desk. It wasn't too hard to put together by myself. I find the size to be perfect and am so glad I added the monitor arm which gives me even more room. The cable managment bar is brilliant, everything is tucked away and my whole desk setup couldn't be more minimal which is exactly what I was after. I'm really happy with the rich brown hevia choice too. It's sturdy, feels premium, looks great and works really well. It was well worth the investment given I spend so much of my life at a desk. Now I actually look forward to it because my space is sooo nice.”

“The whole desk itself is lovely and works really well but I'm finding that the wild wood dents really easily even though I am very careful with it and it seems like the varnish or coating has cracks through it on the front edge of the desk. Considering the price I would've hope for it to be more durable, I notice more little scratches and dents on the desktop each day even though I am very careful with what I put on it.”
