“Previously I had a sit/stand desktop that sat on top of an existing desk. It was massive, heavy and hardly gave you any flat desk space to write or place books on. I bought the OmniDesk because I'd seen, at a friend's place, how smooth it operated and how minimal it was. The Acacia desktop was what pushed me over the edge. The wood finish is beautiful, feels great to work from and the button press lift makes the whole experience really smooth. Shoutout to the delivery man who was super friendly, really helpful and who I wanted as my new bff.”
“Happy with my purchase. The Acacia top looks fantastic and the motor is quiet and fast compared to others I've used.
One minor downside is that there is a small chip in the desk which was sealed over.”
“We ordered two acacia desks several months apart, in Nov 2020 and Mar 2021. When ordering the second one the wood options had changed slightly so there was a light and dark option. Customer service advised that the light one would be the closest match, it’s a little bit darker than the original one but pretty close. You can see them in the photo side-by-side, left is original and right is the new light Acacia top.
Functionally the desk is great and the wood looks really nice. Deducting one star as I think the legs are a bit ugly and there’s no drawer option on the desktop.”
“I absolutely love my omnidesk, it fits my space well and I use the variable height often as I don't like to be sitting down all day. The change in height is seamless and the desk is very stable at all heights. I got the Wildwood Acacia desktop with it and it looks great and has a really nice premium feel. When it arrived it was easy for me to put together by myself, but I did need a friend to help lift it to turn it over once it was fully assembled.”
