Was told this order was supposed to come a lot sooner but 'covid delays'.
Customer complaints of Hunter Express pre-date covid, i would suggest looking at another partner.
Customer service on the part of omnidesk has been pretty good, but i think kind of hopeless as it seems Hunter Express doesn't listen.”

If you're looking at buying one of these desks, as other reviews have said, the cable management bar is an absolute MUST, do not skimp on this.
There is however a small (but noticeable) amount of wobble that can even be triggered even just by typing, so if you use monitor arms be aware of this being likely. Not a deal breaker, but wasn't quite expecting it, even when the desk is lowered (~72cm).
The primary complaint I have with my order is the courier company that Omnidesk used to ship the desk (Hunter Express). Absolutely horrid delivery times when the depot my order sat at for almost 2 weeks was only ~20km's away, and no way to contact the company as calling them results with being on hold for an eternity. Social media pages (Facebook) are actively monitored, but restricts comments on all their posts and do not respond due to the overwhelming negative feedback from many, many customers that they need to hide. This is why shipping is so cheap on such a large and heavy order.
Omnidesk were very quick at both shipping my order and responding to inquiries about shipping delays, and were even kind enough to refund 50% of the shipping cost to make up for the poor delivery times.
While I'm happy with my purchase, I can't say I would consider purchasing anything again while Hunter Express are still used as a delivery service. I would happily pay a bit more for ANY other courier service rather than dealing with them again, but the excellent customer service definitely helped to redeem this.”
“Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase. It feels fantastic not to be sitting down all day whilst working. The assembly was easy enough and the lift and lower system works smoothly. I would have given 5 stars had the colour been closer to what was presented online. I ordered the Acacia and expected it to be lighter than what it is. Also, there is a section about 25cm x 10cm covered in little bubbles in the varnish, which are more noticeable as they're at the front of the desk.”
“I was initially not fully decided on buying a standing table, but now after using the table for 2 months I can truly say, this is the best investment you can make!!! The quality and finish on the wildwood collection tables are top-notch and the table itself is very sturdy. The motor is also very silent compared to some other ones I have heard. So far it has impressed me in every way!”
