The customer service was great, I got a call to let me know they'd received the order and it could take a little longer to arrive ... it sure did. It was a really, really long delivery time. It was challenging to set up (for me!) and I never ended up using the cable management bar which I bought, because it was all just too tricky for me. I wish I had bought the castors, as that would have been really handy. I highly urge you to do this, as maneouvring the desk around is a lot.

“I bought OMNIDESK Pro on 7/July/2023. The delivery man helped in getting the product 2 floors up to my place. The product was neatly and securely packed. The assembly instructions were mostly clear and intuitive. I could assemble the desk in an hour with the help of my daughter. The PRO standing desk has 4 levels of height adjustments which could be customised and set. The desktop table moves up & down smoothly with appropriate speed. The cable management bar is easy to setup as well. Overall I have been having a good experience with the product.”
