“Great desk, absolutely love it and have had no issues with the desk itself however, if you have a monitor mount on the very back of the desk (not using the cut out part) the cable management tray will not fit on. The only issue that i’ve had but besides that it’s a 10/10.”
“The desk itself is nice however my desk did not arrived when it was supposed to and when it finally did it had a damaged edge on the tabletop. Omnidesk were quick to send out another however it is again taking an extremely long time to receive this replacement tabletop.
For a better customer experience and 5 star rating all Omnidesk need to do is to change their freight company. Hunter Express appears to be absolutely useless at their job.

“Nice desk. Put together as instructed. After set up with dual mounted monitors purchased from Omnidesk, I noticed the desk was bowing badly in the middle due to the thickness and weight from the Omni dual mount arms. Notified Omni and they sent out a new desk top after stating it was not looking right.
After spending another wasted 1.5 hrs I noticed the new desk top had a small cut on it. Totally defeated after all the back and forth, waiting and wasted time putting this thing together almost twice I notified Omni desk and instead of replacing the table top again I was offered a slap in the face of $50! I turned this down, and it was processed anyway and no further offer apart from a full refund. I don't want a refund, just want a new desk that I paid for… Even after all this, the desk still has a slight bow in it. Not as bad as the first one and Omni said this is normal.
Save yourself the money and get yourself a thick, cheaper desk from Office Works like my wife did. NO bowing on that desk because its thick enough to support everything… Very disappointing”
