“After ordering back in Nov 22, I never ended up receiving my desk by mid- Jan23.
This was after numerous upon numerous calls to follow up asking where it was, what's happening, why is it taking so long. Was told time and time again 'we don't know, it's a problem with the courier, there's nothing we can do'.
Adding the 'delivery protection' did nothing, and customer service was essentially of little to no help whatsoever. At no point did Omnidesk even think to offer in providing updates by themselves at all - everything had to be initiated and reminded by myself, even after following up so many times that the customer rep could recognise my voice. I would think that a company who essentially employs the services of a selected courier (Hunter Express - avoid at all costs) should be able to at least contact their own courier service and be able to follow up on one of their consignments given their customers are not given any option to - clearly I was expecting too much. What an absolute joke of a company and a waste of time (3 months).
Would tell everyone to clearly avoid this dealing with this company who cannot deliver to their customers and are not keen on any kind of follow up or compensation in case of any issues.”
“Item usage is fine but the shipping was a nightmare. Parts shipped over the course of 2 weeks and when the legs arrived they had a damaged power cords with exposed wires and scratches on the leg. They look to have been used.
Support eventually replaced them with some legs that were in the support office. Wasn’t a great experience”
“Firstly, I'd like to say that the installation was quite easy. The cable tray and the included cable ties are essential additions for any desk setup with a lot of cables.
The desk so far has been very nice to use. The desk is high quality - the table top noticably thick. There is some shakiness with the table but that's to be expected (I have the XL size). The height adjustments work well and the save presets are a big plus if you often adjust your desk.
I would highly recommend the product if you can get it during a sale. Also maybe adding a desk model with a corner extension to the lineup would be great.”
“The desk probably requires two people to assemble it but instructions are clear and reasonably easy to put everything together. Make sure you have an electric driller ready.
The quality is really good as well. Desk is sturdy.

“My overall experience using the Pro 2020 was great. The instructions were easy to follow to put it all together. The only problem I with the desks is that I don’t understand the instructions for setting the desired height’s.”
“I ordered my desk, then received an email notification for delivery within 4 days.
Around 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for the desk.
I have been in touch with Tyler at the Omnidesk support team throughout this and they have been fantastic however the use of Hunter Express as a courier servuce has ruined my experience so far.
As I have yet to receive the product long after expected, I cannot recommend this yet.
The use of a reputable and reliable courier service would have likely resulted in 5 stars.”
