“Our family already have an Omnidesk Pro purchased back in 2020 for our WFH set up and it served us very well. When we needed to purchase a second table this year, Omnidesk quickly came to our mind. Experience was equally great with fuss-free ordering, delivery and assembly service. The most significant difference between our first Omnidesk and this is the upgraded motor which gave an even smoother transition when we adjust the table up and down. We are definitely happy users of Omnidesk!”
“Purchasing experience was not very smooth and pleasant - ended up getting a wrong chair type as the ordering process (through online at the store had error and had to restart, and ended up didn’t properly check the order), and I also had to key in my credit card details openly in the shop. Also ended up having to wait 3 weeks for fulfilment as the chair was backlog (I was told I could get my desk first but in the end it didn’t happen).
I chose to assemble it myself (desk and chair) as they said it is fairly easy to do so. Unfortunately the instruction manual and the online video guide weren’t clear and it was difficult to follow through.
Even the instructions on how to program the buttons for different preset height was not really clear.
Material wise it was a sturdy and good quality table and chair. It could have been a better review if it wasn’t the whole purchasing and assembly experience”
