“I received the order promptly and can’t wait to install it on my desk. I took out the pieces and tried to put it together. Guessed what, 3 of the screws can’t fit into the round holes of the stands. And once I used slightly more strength, they broke! I quite like the overall design of the Arka Desk Riser but was really upset about the quality of the product. This was my first purchase from Omnidesk. Please do something to improve it.”
