“I had high hopes for Omnidesk, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing and my opinion has changed.
Despite paying an additional $80 for installation, the setup was poorly done, and they refused to install the add-on I purchased.
On top of that, they left behind several small parts with no explanation of where they were meant to go.
Even worse, they didn’t dispose of any packaging and left empty boxes scattered around my house and downstairs, creating a mess that I had to clean up myself.
The communication via WhatsApp to arrange delivery was unprofessional, with no clear updates or courtesy.
After-sale service has been far from impressive.
Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with Omnidesk and would recommend looking elsewhere.”
“The desk riser improves on the organising of the table, with the keyboard able to slot inside the desk riser, the table will be more spacious. It also can be placed with decorations to improve the aesthetic view of the desk.”
“The item looks and feel expensive. Would have be a fine OMNI experience if not for the 2 screws that broke when being fixed, the other 4 fixed in alright even though they are kind of flimsy.
Just wondering whether OMNI will improve their standard by replacing the 2 screws (wouldn't cost much more than a dime) and also to include some spares for the valued potential customers.”
