“I typically wash my hair every 3 days, I have added this in after I shower to my roots. I use 2 droppers full and I have felt like it took a little less longer to become oily. By day 3 I was not as desperate to wash my hair! I was worried the serum would leave a greasy residue because it was my first time using a product like this and you could not even tell that I had used the product! It has almost like a fresh minty feeling while applying. I love that the ingredients are clean as well. I can't wait to see the continued use benefits!”
“After using this Clarify balancing serum for oily scalp for past few weeks i am loving the results. I have flaky, dry scalp and dandruff but this gets to the root of my scalp which helps cleanse it and makes my hair healthy, smooth and silky.It is super lightweight and has a refreshing scent. This works with all hair type. I also love that it has Salicylic acid that reduce oil production and soothe my dry scalp. The design is amazing ,i love the color. Definitely must try and must have.”
“I would say this product definitely helps with balancing oils! I used it on day 2 no wash and can honestly say I saw a big improvement as the oils in my hair were less. You can pair with the Rootist dry shampoo for best results! I would definitely say use this in between washes if you are traveling, or just need a pick me up :)”
“This serum by the rootist is amazing for any oily scalp. It’s light weight with a water like texture that smells minty and easily distributes through my hair. I use a few drops more than recommended since my hair is pretty thick. I love that it exfoliates my scalp helping balance it out. I’ve noticed it feeling and looking less oily since I started using this which is 2 times a week. This has definitely worked wonders with less wash days and dry shampoo.”

I used it as instructed on the box and I couldn't really see a difference in the oiliness of my scalp. I will say though that it makes my scalp feel nice and clean after using which I love, it makes me feel refreshed. I wouldn't recommend this product though if your looking for something to help with the oiliness of your hair.”
