The shampoo itself, well they aren't kidding when they say to use half of your usual amount, a little goes a long way, and again, that in itself is something to love isn't it? The way this goes on and lathers is definitely different from the rest, you can tell it's gonna do its job and do it well, and it has a wonderful feel. Once rinsed out hair feels light and bouncy, and oil and buildup don't stand a chance. Not only that but the hair on my scalp also felt smoother, and softer, almost brought back to life from a bad hangover. Awake, fresh, clean, and healthy. My hair smelled great too which is another added bonus, and it went great with my other hair care products.

“I've been using both The Rootist's Strengthen Concentrated Shampoo and Conditioner, and I must confess, the shampoo steals the show for me. The scent of this line is a blend of creamy white floral notes with a hint of white citrus, which I find more appealing post-shower than during in shower. Its fragrance isn't overpowering, making it suitable for most people. One of the standout features of this shampoo is that its concentrated. The brand suggests using half your usual amount. Because the pump dispenses a small amount of product each time, there's no need for precise measurements. I've found that three pumps is usually the right amount for me.The shampoo lathers exceptionally well and leaves my roots feeling impeccably clean and visibly voluminous afterward. Despite its cleansing power, it doesn't strip my hair. My roots appear fluffy and clean. I swear The Rootist's products work so well for people with oily scalps. “I used this shampoo multiple times before giving a review to make sure my results were right. Personally for me it did not do anything unusual or outstanding. Being said that it did not even do anything bad. It is as good as any good quality shampoo that does a great job and cleaning and helps in damage repair. With most of the shampoos I see that it does not do very well with my color treated hair. It generally keeps my hair looking dry and dehydrated. This shampoo retained my moisture and helped my hair look healthy. The main advantage I in this one was that I have long hair (upto my waist) and in such cases I usually end up using much more shampoo but with this product it did as it claimed. I could get away with half or even less than half of the product get achieve clean scalp.
