“I used this product on a couple different occasions, and was kind of disappointed with the results. I used the shampoo first and followed with the conditioner, and I expected a lot more out of both of the products. The first time I used this conditioner I rinsed out within a minute or two of applying, and my hair didn't feel very moisturized whatsoever. The next time I used it, I left it on for 5 to 10 minutes thinking maybe it just needed to sit and penetrate the hair, possibly leaving it' super soft and moisturized. Although it Although it does feel somewhat soft, it does not feel moisturized and still feels slightly dry. If you've used a two in one shampoo and conditioner, it feels similar to. If you use that type of product. It does smell nice, and doesn't leave my hair in worse condition, but I expected better end results.”

“This conditioner is definitely powerful. Especially for using such a small amount you can tell it really works after your hair air dries or you blow dry it. At first it just feels a bit drying in the hair while washing since it’s suuuuper light. But you really have to work it through the hair for several minutes. The hair feels extremely clean after this system. It air dries so nicely. You have to use a lot less than normal since it’s so concentrated but don’t feel surprised if it doesn’t detangle your hair or feel soft right away when applying it. It really strengthens your hair in a powerful way! I love the system I’ll be using it maybe once a month or every 4 washes. I feel like it’s a little too clean to use every wash. It did feel pretty stripped after using it but I did love the results.”
