“I was unfamiliar with conditioner concentrates but this exceeded my expectations. It spread so easily through my hair even with half the amount I would use with regular conditioner. My hair wasn't weighed down, it felt so soft afterwards, smelled great, and looked shiny. And it didn't strip my color! “As a licensed cosmetologist, I was not too excited when I found out that the conditioner was concentrated only because I don’t like the idea of needing, possibly more water in order to allow this product to move well throughout my thick curly hair. When I first unscrewed the bottle cap to give this conditioner a nice sniff It has a very bright and clean, sent to it and was a nice change for me because most of my hair care products smell fruity, or have a floral sent to them. I was initially drawn to this particular conditioner because it is created for weak or damaged chair, and my hair is color treated so my end are weak and tend to look and feel dry, once my hair has dried out a bit from my wash day. For someone who asked curly hair using a conditioner that has slip is so important for my detailing process and unfortunately, I felt like this conditioner did not have any slip at all. not only did it not have any slip I felt like it just was not moisturizing enough and I kept having to go back and use more and more product and I realized it just wasn’t going to give me what I needed so I moved on to using another conditioner that had more moisture and slip so I could get through the tangling process of my hair and giving it the much needed hydration it was lacking. I tried it on a few of my clients and I felt the same with their curly hair however, it worked out great for my straighter hair clients, so I’m not sure if this product was made for all hair types and textures, which is disappointing because it is such a small bottle. It would’ve been nice to be able to use a small pump or two and have so much room left on my back bar but since it’s something that doesn’t perform well on the hair textures that I often service it’s a pass for me. I also noticed that the conditioner didn’t spread too well within my hair without my hair, being really soaking wet, and I noticed the conditioner dissipated rather quickly when I applied it to my ends without any real benefit of me applying the product. The pump did a great job at distributing a small amount, so it allowed me to have exceptional Portion control, and not overuse the conditioner. Even though the bottle itself is small, it was still quite easy to handle even with wet hands. The aluminum bottle is not as slippery as some of my plastic conditioner containers which was a welcomed change within my shower routine. The color of the bottle really is striking and I love the way it looks compared to my other bottles of conditioner. This one really stands out and has a really pretty aesthetic which I really enjoy looking at. Even though the conditioner didn’t do very much to my hair I still really love the way it left my hair smelling. it smells like I just received a professional blowout and it’s noticeable but not overpowering so it doesn’t disturb or hinder any other body fragrances that I choose to layer on top of my hair or skin. I love how travel friendly this concentrated conditioner is, it really takes the stress out of packing for trips. It can literally fit into my makeup bag or purse. The size allows it not to weigh down my luggage while being again space efficient. The texture of this conditioner is like pudding and doesn’t slip off the palms of my hands before I reach my hair, which is nice in a sense however, I feel like this is why it didn’t offer me much help when it came to detangling my hair. In order for me to use up this bottle because I really don’t want to not use it. I’ll have to use it as a finishing product to capitalize on the smell that it leaves in my hair. Or possibly use it as a leave in conditioner. Unfortunately, this is something that I wouldn’t want to gift anyone because I don’t want them to experience the same frustration with their hair, especially if they have a curly texture. I would recommend you try this if you have wavy or straight hair otherwise don’t waste your time trying this particular conditioner especially if you need slip and hydration.”
“I received this as a gift in exchange for my honest review. I got a set of the shampoo and the conditioner. My first impression, I instantly loved the smell on these products. The shampoo only needed one pump to get enough for my hair. I have long thick hair and one pump made it just right. The conditioner is very smooth. It leaves my hair feeling amd smelling fresh afterwards. I love it. I definitely recommend using this product.”
“After using the pre cleanse and shampoo, I followed up with this conditioner. This is a concentrated formula without water. Honestly it was harder for me to spread and distribute this product evenly throughout the ends of my hair. It took a little longer to wash it all out too. It did take my frizzy hair so it got that going. I also like the bottle is aluminum and recyclable.”
