I was not prepared for how thick and kick butt this stuff was. Out of its pretty little rose gold metal bottle this stuff was almost a paste, and yes I definitely could cut back on my usual amount. Going in it smells great... it did have a slight chemically smell to it though I must admit... but most conditioners tend to. It literally grabbed into my hair like glue and even with the humidity of my showers, didn't drip or budge. Upon rinsing my hair felt like silk and I was giddy. I have waist length hair and the ends take a beating, this stuff made it feel alive again. My brush ask but glided through my hair after my shower and the smell stayed with me as well. I could see this becoming my new go to a my hair needs to bear if the best and this stuff is pretty close to the mark. **This review was collected as part of a promotion.

When it comes to conditioners, finding the perfect match for my thick and coarse hair can be quite challenging. With high hopes, I decided to give the Root Ist Strengthen Concentrated Conditioner a try. While the product has its merits in terms of scent and packaging, it unfortunately falls short in addressing the specific needs of my hair type. One of the standout features of the Root Ist Strengthen Concentrated Conditioner is its delightful fragrance. The scent is fresh, appealing, and lingers in the hair for a considerable amount of time after rinsing. It adds a touch of luxury to the shower experience and leaves a pleasant aroma in the hair throughout the day. However, while a pleasant scent is a nice bonus, it should not be the sole deciding factor when choosing a conditioner. In terms of packaging, the Root Ist Strengthen Concentrated Conditioner is aesthetically pleasing. The bottle design is sleek, modern, and easy to handle. The labeling provides clear information about the product's claims, ingredients, and directions for use. The packaging exudes a sense of sophistication and would look attractive among other hair care products on a bathroom shelf. However, the effectiveness of a conditioner cannot be judged solely based on its packaging. When it comes to the performance of the Root Ist Strengthen Concentrated Conditioner on my thick and coarse hair, it unfortunately falls short. While it may work wonders for individuals with straight or fine hair, it did not provide the level of moisture and nourishment that my hair requires. Despite using a generous amount of conditioner and leaving it on for the recommended duration, my hair felt dry and lacked the desired softness and manageability. The conditioner failed to effectively detangle my hair, resulting in increased frizz and difficulty in styling.Additionally, the Root Ist Strengthen Concentrated Conditioner did not provide the necessary weight and control to tame my unruly hair. Instead, it left my hair feeling weighed down and lacking in volume. This lack of volume is particularly disappointing, as it can often affect the overall appearance and styling options for those with thick or coarse hair. I found that my hair lacked the desired bounce and vitality, which is crucial for achieving a fresh and vibrant look. While the Root Ist Strengthen Concentrated Conditioner may not have met the needs of my specific hair type, I believe it could be a suitable option for individuals with straight or fine hair. Its lightweight formula may provide the necessary conditioning without weighing down the hair. It may also be more effective in providing a smooth and polished finish to those with less textured hair. However, for those with thick or coarse hair like mine, I would recommend exploring other options that are specifically formulated to address the unique needs of such hair types. **This review was collected as part of a promotion.
