“This treatment is lovely. It is easy to apply using the squeeze bottle, and it makes my scalp feel deeply cleaned without negatively affecting the condition of my hair at all. A lot of deep-cleaning products make my hair feel stripped of its natural oils and super-snarly after using the product. However, nothing of the sort occurred when I used this product. My hair didn't need any extra conditioning products above what I normally use. My head felt cleaned of styling products, but not raw or dry. This product marries the depth of cleansing with the nourishment of the scalp.”
“I received this pre shampoo treatment product in exchange for my honest review. I have tried ACV scalp rinse products before for between washings, but they’ve often left my scalp feeling dried out and hair slightly stripped. I like that this product also has an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) in it, which works as a chemical exfoliator (rather than a scrub) to really cleanse and gently remove dead skin and buildup. After using this product a few times, my hair does not feel that way at all! With the useful tip applicator, you can quickly apply product directly to the scalp. It’s perfect for cleansing the scalp and roots of product and oil buildup, and my scalp felt cleaner longer between full washes. I followed up with the Strengthen shampoo and conditioner, and am loving how my hair is looking and feeling. While I’m not as fond of the scent for this product, it isn’t bad and is worth it for the results.”

AHA+ACV Pre-Shampoo Scalp Clarifying Treatment is a pre-shampoo scalp treatment that gently clears dirt, excess oil, and product buildup. It rebalances the microbiome for a fresh, clean scalp. I don’t battle oily scalp, but I do battle dry/flaky scalp and product buildup in between washes. This treatment contains great ingredients like Glycolic and Lactic Acid, Hibiscus Flower, Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and a Proprietary Rootbiomic Ferment.
These ingredients promote anchored roots, balanced scalp, and visibly stronger, healthier hair, they exfoliate and clarify without disrupting the scalp microbiome and gently and instantly removes scalp-irritating buildup. I love how easy this is to apply, just twist the nozzle and use the tip to apply the treatment directly to my scalp. It instantly makes my scalp feel cool and refreshed. I use it with a scalp massager for better penetration.
