“This product works wonders for my oily hair! The issue, however, is that the powder keeps making its way up the brush when I have product in my purse. It's wasting a lot of the powder and I feel like the product will run out prematurely. I paid a lot for this product. Please look into this and figure out a way to prevent the powder from leaving the container even when it's not being used. Other than that, great formula!”
“I have very oily hair, and it gets that way very quickly. I am a girl who lives for dry shampoo. When I first heard about the rootist having dry shampoo, I assumed it was like an aerosol kind. It is not. It comes in this cute tube that pulls apart in the middle. Once you open it it has a brush where the powder comes through like some foundations I have tried. There is a a plastic protector around the brush that you can move up and down so that the bristles don't get damaged when you put the lid back on. When I first used it, I gave it a bit of a shake and fanned the brush over my hand a couple times so the powder could fall through the brush. It doesn't take as much as I thought it would. Just a swipe or two for the powder to come out and It does it's job really well. It made my hair look refreshed and not greasy anymore. What I didn't like about it, is that I really had to blend it in. I have very dark hair and it leaves white patches if you don't work it in. It's way more effort for me than an aerosol can would be, but the product is effective.

“I've been struggling to find something that is like a dry shampoo, but also doesn't make my dark hair have white cast on it. I never considered using a powder dry shampoo, but this was definitely amazing. I love how it has a brush on top as the applicator, and then the powder is in the bottom container. It's super easy to use and if you're worried about spilling it really hard for it to open because there is a plastic part that goes on top of the brush that you could slide up that will contain all the product inside when you're on the go. And when you need it, you can just open it up pushed back the plastic cover that is on the brush bristles and then the product will be accessible again. Not only that but I love how it's super easy to use and it really truly reduces the appearance of your scalp being very oily.
