“Terrible customer service from Olivia online. Don’t ever purchase from this company if you need any assistance, customer service etc because you won’t get any. Never received the item I ordered & paid for, it was sent via express shipping & their ‘proof of delivery’ is a photo of our letterbox even though they are here daily so how easy it it to get a photo of a letterbox. No photo of the parcel itself. Don’t buy off this company if you think there will be needing any customer service because there is none. This necklace had a purpose & meaning which was also discarded. Absolutely disgraceful! Oh I can’t upload a photo of the product when I don’t have 1 & 2 just of a letterbox with no package is pointless. Could however just upload the photo of what they deem as ‘delivered’!”

As discussed via email, because you requested a safe drop via Australia Post we are no longer liable for this parcel as we automatically request signatures upon delivery. The proof of delivery we provided to you via email came directly from Australia Post as they are the ones who delivered your parcel.
Unfortunately we have no control over where Australia Post leaves parcels when a safe drop is requested buy a customer. We highly suggest you share the feedback above with Australia Post.
