After I noticed that it was not on my order, I messaged via the "contact email" to the contrary, requesting they put the gift with purchase in my order as it was not on my order.
I got a response from Jerica stating that would not happen as I had chosen "Welcome" instead. I was not sure what she meant as she did not explain.
I responded that over the years I have spent a lot of money with the silver collective, and this just felt like a scam to me. The gift with the purchase was for my daughter. Either way, we spilled the gift pack up between us.
This will be my last purchase from the Silver Collective. I had fun watching them grow from their garage to the first store in Miranda. Good Luck for the future.”
