“This was a gift for someone and i couldnt print out a voucher/ voucher wasnt emailed to me so i couldnt give as a gift as hoped, which made it feel very impersonal, i ended up copy and pasting you logo onto a word document and typing word sentiment and printing which looked rubbish if im honest !!! if i had known it would have been like that i wouldnt have invested £50 of my hard earned cash as a gift from yourselves”
Hi Simon, Our e-gift online vouchers are emails which go straight to the recipient. Sorry, you were disappointed, and this is not what you were expecting. We'll have a look to see if we can make this clearer online.
