“Reed diffuser is extremely difficult to open. I had to puncture the plastic cap in the end as I couldn't get it out of the bottle. The scent is amazing once you get at it. The candle is nice but nowhere near as fragranced as the diffuser.”
Hi Jan, We have purposefully designed our diffuser stoppers to be leakproof but we appreciate they can be tricky to remove. We often suggest using a small teaspoon and covering surfaces as the fragrance oil is strong! We are always looking to improve our products so will take your feedback into account.
