“Impossible to get stopper out without damage to fingers due to having to use scissors or knife. Please could you use screw top or better still a refil pack.”

Hi Sandra, We're very sorry you had issues with your diffuser. They can be tricky to open, so we usually recommend using a teaspoon (careful not to spill the oil). Hope this helps for next time.
