It is delicately scented, softens and moisturises my eczema prone hands without irritation and absorbs quickly with no greasy residue. I have used all of the different scents and always have a couple in stock as I never want to be without it. I know companies can't make medical claims, but as a customer I can say over the years I have tried everything both prescribed by my GP and bought by myself and this handcream truly is the only thing that soothes and helps the eczema on my hands.
