“This amplifier couldn't be cuter! It is a very convenient size (about the size of a 4x6" file box) - but I wish it had a carrying handle or strap. It comes with 6 batteries all set to be activated (just pull the cellophane tab out.) The dials are all well marked with clear calibrations. The input port is on top of the box. Initially I had trouble making a good connection with my Bass Uke, but playing around and juggling the two plug ends of my lead cord finally made enough connection that the amp was activated. The hinky socket might just as easily be on the uke end, not the amp end. I haven't had time to use all the features yet, but so far so good. I was convinced to choose this amp by all of the stellar reviews it received from various sound gear publications.”
