Chris gave very helpful advice on the phone about colour sizing (which worked out perfectly medium wide for our small black Labrador with a neck of 41cm, leaves a few holes spare) and then later about leather care of collar. The collar and lead were a nice colour (khaki) and the quality is very good. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely buy again.”
