Spectra Eye Colour
I was lucky enough to be sent a spectra eye colour tester for review, yay!
I revieved shade 1.11 Wulfenite.
It's a gorgeous bright red colour which I think looks gorgeous especially with my eye colour (Green) as it really makes them pop and even more so when the light hits it in the dark and it glistens. This effect is beautiful.
The product itself is simple, easy to use and apply and you can get so creative with it if you want to. Spectra can be used in many different ways to create different looks, bold or subtle.
It has a smooth silky texture easy to add more or remove some from brush. Dries super fast which is a plus but can easily wipe some away with an eye make up remover product and cotton bud or wipes if needed.
The packaging is simple, a bit plain but easy, small and convenient and I like the fact the tube is shiny silver kind of represents the (in the dark) effect.
Great range of primary colours available, red, blue, and a golden yellow.
I really love this product and I'm sure i will definitely use it for future looks.

“Holy bright
I tried the cobalt one and it did amaze me , but the red one came just at the time of Halloween and i used the advantage of red .
Oh my everyone was asking me about it , when we attended the halloween concert it was sooo SHINY whenever the lights hit my face.
Its so stable and waterproof when the rain surprised us , i am so happy with this eyeshadow and so glad that i had the opportunity to try it .”
“Totally unique eye cream
This really surprised me, I’ve never seen anything like it before. I used it to line my eyes and it gave such a vibrant pop of colour which shimmered under bright lights. It was very easy to apply and very long wearing. You need an oil based remover. I’d definitely like to try this in other colours. ”
“Sparkly effect not as good as Cobalt
I absolutely love red shadows so opted for Shade 1.11 Wulfenite which is absolutely stunning Containing 'Retroreflective beads', which become visible under ring light/camera flash, I found this shade didn't produce nearly as much shimmer as the shade Cobalt did, despite using the same application method.
Housed in an aluminum tube, it has a typical eye paint texture that most of us are familiar with and, being super pigmented, means a little goes a long way. I found it applied beautifully with a flat shader brush (soften the edges with a fluffy brush). It is also amazing to use as an eyeliner which provides added interest to any eye look. Colour intensity is easily buildable by applying a thin layer, allowing to dry fully, then add another thin layer - if you slather on one thick layer to save time, it will crease and peel off! I love how comfortable and lightweight it feels and have absolutely no complaints about the longevity - there was zero creasing, fading, peeling or smudging during my 16 hour wear time test. It is best removed using an oil based cleanser.
