I was excited to try this product, having seen the promo photos for it. I'd never heard of the brand before so was keeping an open mind. It feels like a fun eye colour product to add to my collection and I used as part of a smokey eye. Smooth to apply and long lasting. I'd also like to try mote artists effects with it too.”
“Transformative Product
Well, I was lucky enough to be sent this eyeshadow for a review and can safely say I'm impressed by the whole concept. Firstly, it comes in a tube and a vacuum plastic pouch (it does look cool, however, the extra huge plastic pouch seems completely unnecessary). The product is very easily applied, although I must say totally not easy to work with if you're a newbie (like me) and applying lipstick, mascara and tiny portions of concealer is the pinnacle of your makeup involvement - it dries VERY quickly and as it's essentially invisible in the daylight, you can't actually see where it goes and in what quantities! I would definitely consider doing it with a very thin and small brush to be more precise and quick with it to make the most out of it and so you don't transfer the product on your hands (unless that's what you want to do). What's visible in the daylight is like a very faint greyish tint - but only if you're really inspecting it, otherwise fairly invisible. Which brings me to my next point - this could be absolutely perfect for someone who does an office day job and prefers to go out clubbing straight out of the office - I mean, how perfect does that sound, the makeup that lasts all day and transforms by itself for the night out! The metallic specs are very fine and long lasting and this is definitely the case for a double cleanse with a balm type of product afterwards as it's pretty difficult to wash it off with just a face wash. Overall, the product is extremely cool and I would be interested to see what else the Unseen come up with in the future! Would also be awesome if Eves allowed short videos for reviews as this specific product looks most impressive in a video format to see the instant effect. Definitely would recommend if you're skilled in the makeup field!”
“Amazing for events
I received this from the we are eves community in exchange for my honest opinion. It was my first time seeing an eyeshadow that works with flash and its honestly amazing. I tend to attend quite a few Asian weddings and events where there are a lot of vibrant colours but they never tend to show up as it looses it's effect. This is perfect as it emphasizes the colour even more during flash photography and even without the flash the eyeshadow is extremely pigmented.”
“Reflective Effect is Amazing
I took a photo of before and after photo with/without flash, so amazing looks so good with flash on. Perfect for night outs. It stays the whole day and it is very pigmented. I just have a little bit of a hard time when I open it because it has a tendency to explode because of the packaging. So a lot of products went out after opening it. But the product itself was fabulous ”

“Room for improvement but great
I really like this product! I love the packaging & love that it transforms into such a beautiful sight when flash is used! It was super easy to apply! If I could change anything, I would prefer it in a pot rather than a tube just as a lot came out before I even squeezed the tube and I found it slightly messy.”

So pleasantly surprised by the end result. You'd need to apply exactly as per instructions to let it dry well and enjoy the full glam! Pics don't make justice to the wonderful finish that I hope is still visible. Would definitively recommend and can't wait to try more shades.”
“Obsessed!
Recently, I received this cream eyeshadow to test and review in the shade Cobalt. The product is very creamy and pigmented. I really love the deep blue colour but be aware as it stains the skin quite a lot. The eyeshadow is easy to apply with a brush. It is very easy to blend and once fully dried feels comfortable on the eyelids. I am quite impressed with the formula as it transforms under your phone’s camera's flash from matte to shimmer. This is a very unique and different feature and I am absolutely obsessed.
It is a long-lasting formula and does not crease. Definitely recommend it and I will definitely buy more shades.”
