“Good pigmentation
When I received this I loved the simple metallic tube packaging. Just like a tube of paint. All the packaging is recyclable or biodegradable which I like.
I got the cobalt blue 4.52 which is very pigmented and a beautiful shade. First impression was it was a very thick creamy consistency. I put a small amount on the back of my hand to work with but found this dried too quickly so switched to a mixing palette which worked much better. An angled eyeliner brush seemed to be the best way to apply it to get a good non patchy coverage.
Because of the consistency it was difficult to get a sharp line on my eyelid. I suspect this would be easier for others with less loose skin on their eyelids. Usually I can make corrections but this was difficult to do with this product and is the reason I have dropped 1 star. The dry time is about 30/45 seconds and once it’s on it’s not going anywhere. I have hooded eyes but once dried there was no transfer at all.
The flashlight feature was nice (a blue silvery colour) but I preferred the original colour. I could see that this would be good for a very graphic design and I’m looking forward to playing about with this using other products with it.
Removing the product was a little difficult and I had to use an oil based cleanser in the end as my normal foam cleanser did nothing. There will be no worrying about having to reapply this throughout the night.
Overall I really like this and would recommend. Given that you only need a very small amount I think it is worth the price tag and will look to purchase some of the other colours as well. Time to get creative! ”

“Mesmerised!
When I first received this eyeshadow I was completely confused and didn't know what to make of this product or packaging which all looked very sciencey and really didn't know where to start and in a way scared me at first as it was completely out of my makeup comfort zone and would of never have purchased anything like this before.
However after following the link in the email i received from @weareeves__ it became a little clearer and not as scary as I first thought. The creamy formula comes packaged in a aluminium squeezy tube with a black screw cap similar to what you would find in a arts & crafts store containing paint and intrigued me at first sight as I have never seen packaging like this for eyeshadow before,definitely very different & sleek looking.
After unscrewing the cap and glancing at the creamy bold blue formula I was mesmerised! I love vivid colours and blue is one of my favourite, I literally couldn't wait to test it out. Applying the formula with a slim angled tip eyeliner brush was easy and not messy at all ,the creamy formula just glided over my eyelid with ease and didn't take long to dry ,I then took out my phone and made sure it was dark in the room and hoped I had applied enough to capture the transformation with the camara flash and guess what it worked! Like some sort of optical illusion ,completely different under the light,it turned into a sparkly silvery/blue really captivating shade. I truly love this unique creamy pigmented eyeshadow formula and definitely taught me a lesson to venture into the unknown of makeup products.
This would be a excellent product for makeup artist and people on film and for those like myself who are just amateurs but love makeup and having fun!

As a member of the We are Eves testing community I have received this Unseen Spectra Eye Colour 5ml for test and review purposes. It arrived in a nice slim line white box, and was packaged in a biodegradable vacuum pouch, the aluminium tube is very plain looking and actually resembles a tube of artists paint!
When squeezed the tube releases a grey cream eye colour that at first glance is really quite unappealing and has a subtle grease paint aroma.. But i tried not to be put off by this as this eye colour promised bigger and better things to come....
while wet the colour is really a little blurgh... but when dried it changes in to a slivery tone that when photographed with a flash gives a bright, reflective sliver hue. (If using a camera phone use the back facing camera so flash will activate)
It can be applied with either a brush or fingers depending to the effect/pattern you want to create, wether that be bold or just a subtle cats eye.
Shade- Allumite 8.08
Thoughts - Once I had got over the grease paint smell, and the product has dried and didn't feel greasy anymore, I can imagine having a lot of fun with this eye colour especially at parties over this Christmas period, or if you are a younger club going kind of person the variety of looks and effects you could achieve with this product are endless.

“Spectra eye colour
Love this eye colour, really bold and so easy to use as it comes in a tube. I went for a different look which was more subtle for daytime and used it as an eyeliner instead of all over colour on the lid. I applied using an eyeliner brush and I’m seriously impressed. It just glides on with ease and it stayed all day. I’m definitely going to buy the other colours now, I love it! ”
“Wow that sparkle
This product goes on as a dark solid cobalt eye colour with no shimmer. It is a bit tricky to apply so definitley recommend using a brush, you don’t need a lot! It feels nice on the eyelid and sits well once applied.
When a camera flash comes out this comes to life and transforms into a stunning glittery shade! It is such a beautiful look!!
This would be ideal for nights out.
Packaging and branding is unique and feels more exciting than regular make up ”

I love this eye colour! The pigment is great and the colour is on point and I love the result with camera flash! This kind of eye colour would be great for parties where there will be a lot of cameras! Everyone will surely love it!
I applied it on my eyelid using my finger as I was too excited to try it. I just had to wait for few seconds to let it dry.
