“Beautiful shade and texture
This is the second shade I tried and it looks even better. The texture is creamy and it feels comfortable on my eyelids. It's very pigmented and I would say that it is easy to apply. I had a lot of complaints from my friends. It stays put for a long time without creasing and trust me my eyelids do crease (they are both hooded and oily). I use it as an eyeliner because I suffer from watery eyes and this doesn't budge but if I want a more dramatic effect you can use it all over the lid. The best part is it literally transforms from matte to shimmer under camera light.”

Wow, this is the 2nd colour I’ve used of this product and I just love them. Easy to apply and a little goes a long way so will last for ages. I got so many compliments about my eye shadow, and even more amazement when they saw the effect of photos/flash etc.”
“Blue beauty
This eye colour looks gorgeous when images are taken with a flash. The colour really pops out and you see the brilliant glowy blue along with what looks like hints of silvers and purples. I applied the product with my fingertips and it dries quite quickly so it’s best to work fast. I found the product started coming off if I dragged my finger over it with slightly more product when it was already dry. The application process is simple however if you are not neat with it then it can leave bits of glitter in unwanted areas of the face.
It is unfortunate that the beauty of this makeup can only be seen under a the flash of a light. When the light is not present the makeup looks quite flat. Brilliant makeup for photo shoots not so desirable for general wear.”

Wow, wow, wow! How unique and different is this! I love trialling and playing with new makeup, particularly When it’s different to anything I’ve tried before. This creamy shadow is such a beautiful colour, electric blue that turns into a shimmery bright, reflective shadow when put under camera flash, genius! It looks so pretty and definitely stands out. It only is it fun, but the shadow itself is great quality and long lasting. It stays out without creasing or fading. I definitely recommend this jf you’re looking for a unique yet quality eye shadow ”

For first impressions, I like the eco-friendly 5ml tube packaging. It is easy to carry in your makeup bag and store.
The colour I received is called 'COBALT,' a dark blue shade that looks really nice. The formula is creamy and easy to apply. I used a brush to apply it on my eyelids and let it dry for about a minute, and it looked gorgeous. If you want a bit of sparkle, you can turn on the camera flash and see the difference. It looks sparkly and shimmery with the flash on.
I appreciate that it is formulated with great ingredients like beeswax and mica, which makes it super creamy and easy to apply. It can be easily removed with a cream cleanser or oil-based cleanser.
I love the science behind Spectra eye colour, however, I prefer the sparkling effect to appear with or without light. But it’s a great feature if you apply it in the morning for a day subtle makeup and sparkly and shimmery for a party night out. And I would definitely recommend it.”

This really surprised me. If you look at the photos it shows the with and without a flash effect. I used this to line my eyes and create a wing, it really brightened my look and looked amazing under bright lights and photos. I’d definitely like to try more of these colours. They really do create a very unique look”
“Great product for a night out!
Recieved this to test and was excited to try it out for a night out. I must say it didn't disappoint. On its own, without the camera flash its a beautiful blue colour. It's really nice to work with and easy to manipulate. You do need a steady hand though, so I wouldnt recommend for those who are not good at applying eyeliner or just mabye starting out. Practice first with a pencil type then try this. You can also use it over you whole eye lid though, so you don't need to stick to using it as an eyeliner! It's very versatile. Ide say you probably have about 2 minutes before the product dries to work with it. You can always clean round the edges with concealer but if you make any big mistakes ide say you would need to use some make up remover and some cotton buds. In photos this looks pretty cool, as the flash makes the blue go like a silver . Ive never used anything like it before. I'll definitely keep this in my make up bag for future nights out.”

This is the second shade (Wulfenite)I have received from the Spectra Utopia colour collection inspired by the Bauhaus movement.
So what do I think?!
I was thrilled to be selected to test another shade from this collection and my thoughts and experience on this eyeshadow haven't changed. The creamy pigmented formula comes packaged in a Aluminium tube with black screw on cap, that reminds my of paint that you would find in a art & craft store and gives you the impression that this is something special & unique which ofcourse is correct! It's completely different & unique to other cream eyeshadows I have tried in the past,blurring the lines together between physical & digital reality by seeing makeup transform into a work of art by the flash of your phone.I found the formula easy to apply with my finger or a slim angled eye brush,feels smooth on application and doesn't take long to dry around a minute,once dry make sure your in a dark room use the back facing camara with flash on to see the eyeshadow transform in to something spectacular! Once the flash hits the formula it gets activated and you see the scarlet red completely change and come to life and sparkle with reflective silver speckles running through the shade.I would highly recommend this eyeshadow for makeup lover, artists and people who just love to have fun with makeup,great for festivals,carnivals & concerts whatever event your planning on going to in the dark.
