Amazing eyeshadow, so smooth to put on. It is an amazing eyeshadow. It really gets vibrant with a flash on the camera. It looks amazing!! And without the flash it looks stunning and stands out so much. I would definitely wear and use this again. And I would definitely recommend this colour to others to try. It’s gorgeous. It’s an eye cream/paint that has a vibrant and stunning colour. I found it easy to apply and blend in. It’s designed to change colour/tone be reflective under a camera flash! Making it fun to wear. Perfect for a night out.

I would really recommend this product for a night out or a glammed up occasion. It really stands out especially with a flash or under lights, you only need to use a small amount, its not greasy at all and also washes off easily when it comes to removing.”
“Eye cream 5ml spectre eye colour cobalt blue
The colour is quite vivid and shimmery. You only have to use a small drop and it goes a long way. It's so easy to apply and spreads quickly and easily. Depending on the price I probably would recommend it,because as I've previously said you only use a small drop so therefore although the tube isn't massive I think it would last forever. I've only tested it on my hand but it's really nice. I would probably use it on special occasions, like Christmas parties etc.”
“Such a beautiful colour
I loved the colour. It is so beautiful and vibrant. Loved the concept of using flash to see the colour come alive. But i loved the colour both the ways i.e. with or without the flash. I usually love to use blue eyeliners and this product is a nice addition to my stash for sure. It is very easy to apply and a good quality make up remover is more than enough to clean it. Highly recommend.”

Had this to test out and didn’t find the colour vibrant enough. Could layer for more colour but it didn’t suit me. Nice creamy texture

“Different and Interesting
I received for testing and review from We Are Eves & The Unseen Beauty the New Generation of The Spectra Utopia Eye Colour in the color 4.52 Cobalt. This eyeshadow is very different and interesting . Appliyng it alone is a normal smooth cream eyeshadow with great pigmentation , so use small amount. Appliyng it over a shadow of our preference, so here's the difference and it's really cool: apply using a brush or fingers (I used my fingers) , leave the product to dry for about 1 minute , to activate its reflective effect use a small and direct light source like the back flash of phone's camera , then watch it transform trought phone screen: Sparkly Silver effect. I found it very cool and interesting because it allows to create different looks in eye makeup with a big difference. Great for nocturnal environments such as night clubs . I used it covering the entire eyelid because I wanted to see how Spectra Eyshadow worked clearly and I thought it was incredible! Small tube easy and practic. Spectra eyeshadow it's easy to apply and remove ( I used micellar water to remove and ok). Really a different and great product, I recommend!”
