“The first thing you have to do before most bike maintenance jobs is 'Place bike upright on level ground', tricky if you don't have a centre stand. This stand holds the bike upright and allows those jobs to be safely done, just wish I had bought it before ruining my shoulder having the bike slip off a cobbled together jack. Dang”
