“I recently purchased a set of soft saddle bags for my V-strom. They were quite easy to fit and I found that the cross support velcro would fit quite well under the seat. This of course made the security a little better. All in all they were a great size and fit plenty of gear. There are ties on the bottom of each bag which I replaced with a longer rope of my own for securing the bags to the lower supports of my particular racks. I have not ventured into wet weather yet but by the make of the bag with the separate plastic lining and the design of the pinch first and then folding lid I am sure they would hold out quite well. A great buy.”
