I purchased these to throw over my GS500 for short camping trips. They are well constructed and easy to install. Holds plenty of gear. The straps keep them mounted nicely with plenty of room to my exhaust. Prevents water ingress in the light rain I have used them in (stationary overnight, 2 hours max). The ties on the bottom of the pannier work better if the plastic locking mechanism is removed and they are simply tied to the frame. The velcro straps, which take most of the weight, pull away from the main panel very slightly at the stitching and may become a point of failure in the future with a lot of use, excess weight or with vibration. For the purchase price, I have very happy with them. Would buy again and recommend. Thirdgear was also quick to ship my order and it was well packaged on arrival. Thanks for a good experience!

Ok for bulky but light items on a dirt bike with a decent heat shield on the exhaust... or narrow racks. Straps way too short for a vstrom, africa twin, tenere, Ktm 990. Construction and Material too light for off road. Additional tie down loops needed to stop flapping or moving backwards. I don't recommend these and will be returning them unused.

The saddlebags are of a good quality and reasonably priced. I have bought motorcycle goods from you before (headlight and brackets) and they have been of good quality.
