“Works as advertised, but would be even better if the LED was at the end of the unit - raised sections of the number plate can shade the lower bits of the plate, leading to uneven lighting on the plate. That said, plenty of brightness and the plate is still easily legible.”
“The bolt was stripped slightly so when I tightened the nut it broke the lense in half which I fixed with superglue. I ended up turning the nut up and down the whole thread continuously to free up.”
“As I went to install the blinkers the plastic casing split into two, this happen on all 4 blinkers also, so now I'm left with 4 Leds and trying to figure out how to fix them for my investment into them”
“Great idea that's been executed so-so. Upon receiving the initial pair one of the clear lens had come adrift. Full credit to third gear who replaced the item quickly and without fuss. Sadly when fitting the second unit the same issue happened with the clear Lens pulling away from the body of the light. Rather than bother with a replacement I super glued the lens back on. When the lights are fitted and tightened to a bracket it places pressure of the lamp which causes flex in the lens. I fixed this by getting and additional nut and locking the shaft with the light not pulled in tight to the bracket.”
