“I am sorry to say this product is.....well rubbish.
It does not fit a 2014 ktm300 exc, 2008 Husqvarna TE510 or a Honda CRF450.
There is only 2 useful straps, the other 2 are designed to attach to a horizontal bar between the triple clamps????
The straps as supplied are very soft and pliable..... too much so. If any tension is applied to pull the mask against the dash/forks the nubbins pull out of their mounting holes.
I attempted to use the smaller holes but they are too far inboard.....resulting in a mounting nubbin pulling off the strap..... great down to one useful strap:-(
I was able to mount the mask with some continuous velcro....the kind that wraps around something and sticks to its self on overlap. This worked great.
Next issue .... headlight has a woeful pattern with a really narrow beam. This means it is simultaneously glaring to oncoming vehicles AND to narrow to use at night in the country as you cant see the edge of the road.
I am sad to say the good folks at 3rd Gear should not be selling these at all.”
